摘要 建立了原子吸收石墨炉法测定山梨糖醇液中铅的方法。采用热解涂层石墨炉程序升温和氘灯背景校正的原子吸收法测定山梨糖醇液中的铅。结果表明,测得的山梨糖醇液中铅的回归方程为C=-0.691 7+99.263 1×A,r=0.995 0,平均回收率为90.4%,RSD=2.6%(n=3)。该方法检出限低,定量准确,能满足铅的检测要求,为维生素C原料山梨醇的质量控制提供参考。 A method for determinaion of lead in sorbitol by GF-AAS was established.Using the rising-temperature program of graphite furnace with D2background correction,the lead content in sorbitol was determined by GF-AAS.The results showed that the regression equation for the lead determination was C =-0.691 7+99.2631×A(r = 0.9950);the average recovery was 90.5%,RSD was 2.9%.The method had the lower limit of detection and more accurate for determining the concentration,and it alsoprovided the basis for quality control of the rawof vitamin C.
