以邢台机械厂为例,介绍利用普通卧式车床自制高压冷却系统、中间支撑、钻套和排屑装置,结合单刃外排屑深孔钻头,增设外挂齿轮改变车床传动比,研制卧式深孔钻床,解决液压支架上的内注液千斤顶活塞杆注液孔径小、深度大钻孔问题,解决了内注液千斤顶的生产瓶颈。

Xingtai Machinery Factory was taken for example,the common horizontal lathe homemade high pressure cooling system was introduced in this paper,as well as intermediate support,drill sets and chip removal device,combined with deep hole drill,the single blade discharge of adding external gear change lathe transmission ratio,the technology developed horizontal deep hole drilling machine,solved the hydraulic support on the hydraulic jack piston rod injection fluid within the aperture small,deep drillingproblems,solved the injection production bottleneck of hydraulic jack problem.
