摘要
随着矿井产量和开采深度的增加,多绳摩擦式提升已成为立井提升的主要形式,但其易发生滑绳、溜车等事故。主要介绍了多绳摩擦式提升钢丝绳防滑绳溜车保护装置的组成及工作原理,分析了淮北矿业集团临涣煤电公司使用徐州市工大三森科技有限公司研制的防滑绳溜车保护装置情况,提出在滑绳溜车状态下除该装置给出声光报警外,执行机构在PLC控制下能够实现智能抓捕,提高了摩擦提升的可靠性及设备的使用效率,保证了煤矿生产提升安全。
With the increase of the mine depth,mulit-rope friction hoisting has been becoming a main way of hoisting in mine in our country,but it is easytoslide rope,slip cage and other accidents.The composition and working principle of the mulit-rope friction hoist preventing rope sliding and cage slipping protection device were mainly introduced,the usages of the preventing rope sliding and cage slipping safety protection device developed by Xuzhou Sunshine Science and Technology Corporation Ltd.in Huaibei Coal Mining Group Linhuan Coal Company were analyzed.It was put forward that in the circumstances of rope slidingand cage slipping,besides the device sent out acousto-optic alarm,the actuators could realize intelligent capture under PLC control,thus improving the reliability of friction hoisting and equipment efficiency,ensuringthe coal mine safety.
