破碎顶板条件下的煤矿巷道围岩破坏机理及其控制研究 被引量:2

摘要 为确定山西某煤矿121101工作面合理的支护体系,在围岩力学参数测试及数值模拟的基础上,确定巷道锚杆支护的间排距为1.2 m,通过进行矿压观测:回采期间巷道两帮最大移近量为38 mm,顶底板最大移近量为19 mm,巷道锚杆预紧力都在40 kN,受巷道掘进动压影响后锚杆受力逐渐增大,表明:支护体系有效控制了围岩的稳定,起到了预期的支护效果。 In order to deterimine rational supporting and protecting system in 121101 working face of a Shanxi mine,spacing between bolt supports in roadways was determined as 1.2m through testing and numerical simulation of mechanical parameters of surrounding rock. The mine pressure observation showed that during extraction period, the maximum displacement of two columns in roadway was 38 mm, the maximum of top and bottom was 19 mm, and the pretension of roadway bolts was about 40 kN, which showed that force of anchor bolt increased gradually under influence of dynamic pressure in roadway driving. As a result, this supporting system controlled stability of surrounding rock effectively and had achieved expected supporting effect.
