摘要
为了使气动单轨吊拉杆装置的设计更加合理,在满足其安全性能的前提下,减轻重量,节约加工成本,以4种不同截面形状拉杆装置作为研究对象,分析了其在牵引力6倍安全系数工况下的变形情况,经对比分析实验,最后说明气动单轨吊拉杆装置选用圆形筒状的结构形式较为合理。
In order to make design of rod device of pneumatic monorail crane be more reasonable and meet requirements of safety performance, weight was reduced and processing cost was saved, 4 different cross-sectional shapes of rod device were taken as research objects, deformation condition under 6 times safety coefficient of traction was analyzed. Comparative analysis of experiment showed that rod device of pneumatic monorail crane selecting with circular cylindrical structure was more rational.
