摘要
压风机是为煤矿井下提供压风动力的设备,但大部分现有压风机的耗电量较大。针对这一问题,以云驾龄矿为例,对该矿压风机进行了变频改造,分析了变频控制压风机的节能原理,对比了改造前后的耗能情况,实践表明,改造后的应用效果良好。
Forcing fan was an equipment to provide power for wind pressure in underground. But power consumption of most existing pressure fan was greatly. Taking Yunjialing Mine as an example, frequency transformation was made on this mine pressure fan, energy conservation principles of forcing fan with frequency converting control were analyzed, energy dissipation before and after transformation was contrasted. The practice showed that application effect after transformation was favorable.
