摘要
针对阳泉煤业集团某矿的立井施工实际工况,设计了与矿井条件相匹配的吊盘,通过分析吊盘所承受的负载条件,应用有限元强度分析方法,对吊盘的强度进行分析。在有限元分析结果的基础上找到吊盘结构中的薄弱环节,对吊盘的结构参数以满足强度和质量最小为目标进行改进分析,分析结果为吊盘样机的制作提供理论参考。
Based on actual working conditions of mine shaft construction in a coal mine of Yangquan coal industry group,the matching hanging scaffold was designed and its strength was researched through analysis of loading conditions of the hanging plate and application of finite element strength analysis method. The vulnerable spot of tray structure was obtained and structural parameters of the tray were improved to meet requirements of minimum intensity and quality, which provided a theoretical reference for manufacture of hanging disk prototype.
