矿井轴流式通风机轴承故障的分析及处理

Analysis and treatment of bearing faults of mine shaft flow ventilator

通风机是矿井井下生产的关键设备,以70B2型轴流式通风机为例,结合其本身的结构特点,对轴承故障的原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的处理和维护措施,保障通风机的稳定可靠运行,保障矿井的生产安全。

Ventilator was the key equipment for mine underground production. 70B2 type axial flow ventilator was taken as an example, reasons of bearing fault were analyzed combining its own structural characteristics. Corresponding treatment and maintenance measures were put forward to ensure stable and reliable operation of ventilator as well as production safety in mine.
