摘要
针对井下的温度和湿度对皮带运输机故障影响的情况,采用最小二乘拟合的方法对霍尔辛赫煤矿统计的大量数据进行分析。分析结果显示:温度在15~23℃时,皮带运输机的故障率最低;温度在11~15℃时,故障率较高,随着温度升高故障率是降低阶段;温度在23℃支护故障率迅速增加,随着温度的升高故障率不断攀升。湿度指数在50%~63%时,故障率非常低,都小于0.6%;当湿度指数在30%~50%时,随着湿度的增加故障率不断降低;当湿度指数在63%~80%时,故障率随着湿度增加呈现出不断攀升的现象。
Base on influence of underground temperature and humidity on belt conveyor failure, the least square fitting method was used to analyze a large amount of data from statistics of Houerxinhe Mine. The results showed that failure rate of belt conveyor was lowest with temperature of 15 ~ 23℃; failure rate of belt conveyor was highest with temperature of 11 ~15℃, and with the increasing of temperature, the failure rate was reduced; the failure rate of support increased rapidly when temperature was 23℃, and as the temperature rose, the rate of failures continued to climb. When the humidity index was 50% ~ 63 %, the failure rate was very low, both of which were less than 0.6 %; When the humidity index was 30 % ~ 50 %,the rate of failure was decreasing with the increasing of humidity; When the humidity index was 63 % ~ 80 %, the rate of failure showed a rising phenomenon with increasing of humidity.
