煤矿刮板输送机的常见故障与监测研究

在煤矿生产过程中,由于工作环境较为恶劣,刮板输送机经常出现一些故障而需要停机检修,严重影响了煤矿的生产效率和生产安全。基于此,通过对刮板输送机常见故障进行分析、研究,提出了一种刮板输送机故障在线监测系统,可以在刮板输送机运行过程中实时自动监测刮板机的运行状况,提前发现运行故障,并及时检修,提高了煤矿的生产效率和采矿安全。

Based on bad working environment, scraper conveyor always had some failures and needed to shut down to?make an overhaul in productive process, which affected production efficiency and safety seriously. Through analysis and research of common fault of scraper conveyor, online monitoring system of faults was proposed, which could monitor automatically running state of scraper conveyor in operational process. Operation troubles could be found in advance to make timely maintenance, which improved production efficiency of coal mine and mining safety.
