摘要
针对浮动油封在使用过程中出现渗漏,严重时会导致摇臂行星减速器完全损坏,造成极大损失的问题,通过分析浮动油封密封与磨损原理,提出采购高质量的浮动油封、在安装过程中减少安装误差等措施,有效提高了浮动油封的使用可靠性和采煤机生产效率。
Based on completely damaged rocker planetary gear reducer caused by leakage of floating seal, oil seal and wear principles were analyzed to take measures of purchasing high quality floating seal and reducing installation errors during installation, which effectively improved operational reliability of floating seal and production efficiency of coal mining machine.
