Designing and Implementing Computer Communication Subsystem between East China and Central China Power Control Centers

This article described the solutions about the technical key problem in the process of designing and implementing the computer communication subsystem between the power control centers of East China and Central China Power Control Center using x.25 protocol as lower level protocol.These technical problems are as follows: Hardwere Layout and communication protocol stack for the subsystem; interface between computer communication subsystem and real time data base system in the power control center; recovering computer communication in failover of the power control centers; etc.
