唐中后期以至五代,城市的兴衰发生变化,政局动荡,人口增长,城市管理面临一系列新问题,如夜间活动增多、街坊连用、违制起楼等。为应对这些问题与挑战,新的都城管理制度形成,主要内容有:新治安机构产生,新管理区划出现,新街道制度形成。

The article analyzes capitals management system change between the Late Tang and Five Dynasties.During the period between the Late Tang and Five Dynasties,the cities have been through many vicissitudes,the political situation remains highly unstable,the population has increased,cities management face a series of new problems,such as increased activities in the nights,blocks and streets have been used in succession,unauthorized construction,and so on.To solve these problems and challenges,new capitals management system han been carried out,it contains new public security organization,new management division and new streets system.
