目的 探讨无张力疝修补术的方法。方法 应用修补材料行无张力的疝修补术。结果 2 68例无张力疝修补术后 1例复发 ,复发率低于 1 %。结论 无张力疝修补术较传统疝修补术有手术痛苦小、住院时间短。
