Corinth as one of the ancient Greek city states,since the ancient time is an important commercial center in the ancient Greek world,the Archaic period even more so.During the Archaic period,Corinth developed extensive commercial activities in the Aegean and Adriatic areas, so the Archaic period became the most prosperous period of Corinth' economic development and national strength.Therefore, this paper will introduce the Archaic period of Corinth's foreign trade, and then summarize the reasons of Corinth's foreign trade to prosperity.
