The Bachelor of Translation and Interpreting(BTI) is designed to require students to complete a report on the translation practice for the examination of the undergraduate graduation. This model is an innovation of diversified management of the graduation thesis, and it is also an important method to cultivate students' comprehensive and creative competences and to evaluate the academic achievements. This paper analyzes the specific requirements and the guiding process of the report on the translation practice, and puts forward the problems in the process of the model and the improvement measures as well.
