摘要
采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对比了两种桨叶结构搅拌反应釜的混合效果。探讨了桨叶转速、桨叶排布对釜内部流场、功率等特性的影响。结果表明,三桨叶结构可以有效提高搅拌反应釜内的混合效果。
Computational Fluid Dynamics( CFD) method was used to compare the mixing effect of two kinds of stirred tank reactors with paddles. The effects of blade rotation speed and blade arrangement on the flow field and power of stirred tank reactor were discussed. The results showed that the structure of the three blades can improve the mixing effect in the stirred tank reactor effectively.
