玻纤增强滑石粉改性PA6力学性能的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了克服树脂短缺,降低模塑制品价格,人们开始重视填充尼龙的生产应用。滑石粉填充尼龙价格便宜,而且尤以耐温和高刚性、低翘曲见长。可以用于生产卡车后视镜。为此,研发玻纤增强滑石粉改性材料具有现实意义。经实验可知,在填充物一定的情况下,随着玻纤的加入,滑石粉与玻纤改性PA6在拉伸、弯曲和缺口冲击强度方面的力学性能显著变化。因此,可以根据实际需求来选择滑石粉与玻纤的添加量。 In order to overcome the shortage of resin,reduce the price of molded products,people begin to pay attention to the production and application of filling nylon. The price of talcum powder filling nylon is cheap,and it is especially good for temperature resistance,high rigidity and low warping. The talcum powder filling nylon can be used to produce the rear-view mirrors of truck. For this reason,the research and development of glass fiber reinforced talc powder modified material has practical significance. The experiment shows that,with the addition of glass filler,the mechanical properties of talcum powder and glass fiber Nylon-6 changed significantly in tensile,bending and notched impact strength. Therefore,the amount of talcum powder and glass fiber can be selected according to actual demand.
