Discussion on Fault Management of Equipment

电气设备是保证企业连续、平稳生产的关键设备,电气设备的可靠工作直接关系到电力系统的安全稳定运行。但在实际生产中设备常因各种原因引发故障,影响了生产。电气设备经过长时间的运行,易产生各种各样的故障,导致设备停止运行影响生产,严重的甚至会造成人身、设备事故。因此,应对设备的故障进行分析,查找故障原因,分析故障规律,以采取有效的预防措施,提高设备使用效率,电气故障的发生,造成不可挽回的损失。随着设备现代化水平的提高,不断加强设备故障管理,防止故障的发生,保持设备高效的正常运转,有着重要的意义。

Electrical equipment is the key equipment to ensure continuous and stable production. The reliable operation of electrical equipment is directly related to the safe and stable operation of power system. But in the actual production the equipment often causes the breakdown because of various reasons,it also affected the production. After a long period of operation,the electrical equipment is easy to produce a variety of failures. it will cause the equipment to stop and affect the production. Serious accidents can even cause personal and equipment accidents. Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the faults of equipment,find out the cause of the faults,analyze the rule of faults,and take effective preventive measures,improve the efficiency of equipment,avoid electrical failure and cause irreparable damage. For this reason,with the improvement of the equipment modernization level,it is a great significance to strengthen the equipment fault management,prevent the occurrence of the failure,and maintain the efficient and normal operation of the equipment.
