摘要
针对果蔬洗涤盐能去除农药残留的特性,采用高效液相色谱法研究果蔬洗涤盐对不同种类农药残留的洗除率,同时将果蔬洗涤盐与市售果蔬洗涤产品去除农残效果进行对比。研究结果表明:1%果蔬洗涤盐溶液对残留农药的洗除率与水对残留农药洗除率之比值均大于等于2,果蔬洗涤盐对试验农药的去除效果明显,相比较其它市售果蔬清洗产品表现出了独特的优势。
Considering the features of fruit and vegetable washing salt can remove pesticide residues,the removal rate of different kinds of pesticide residues treated by fruit and vegetable washing salt was studied by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The removing effects on pesticide residues were also compared with other sold fruit and vegetable washing products.The results showed that the removal rate of residual pesticide in ratio between 1%fruit and vegetable washing solution and water are greater than or equal to 2,and the removal effects of fruit and vegetable washing salt on experimental pesticides were obvious,compared with other commercial fruit and vegetable washing products is showing a unique advantage.
