摘要
为解决传统轴式吊耳的局部应力检测方法存在应力检测准确度较低的问题,提出一种轴式吊耳的局部应力检测方法,对轴式吊耳的局部应力进行简化与计算,获取轴式吊耳的局部应力值,利用局部应力的计算结果建立轴式吊耳局部应力有限元检测模型,利用该模型对轴式吊耳进行局部应力检测。对比实验数据表明,该方法比基于参数化技术的吊耳局部应力检测方法的准确度高25. 93%;比基于力学模型分析的吊耳局部应力检测方法的应力检测准确度高62. 505%,证明该方法对轴式吊耳的局部进行应力检测的效果更好。
In order to solve the problem of low accuracy of stress detection in traditional local stress detection method of shaft lifting lug,a local stress detection method of shaft lifting lug is proposed,which simplifies and calculates the local stress of shaft lifting lug,obtains the local stress value of shaft lifting lug,and establishes the finite element detection model of local stress of shaft lifting lug by using the calculation result of local stress.The local stress of the shaft lifting lug is measured by this model.The comparison of experimental data showed that the method is 25.93%more accurate than the local stress detection method based on parameterized technology and 62.505%more accurate than the local stress detection method based on mechanical model analysis,which proves that the method is more effective in the local stress detection of shaft lifting lug.
