摘要
青海盐湖工业股份有限公司钾肥分公司光卤石盐田总面积约100 km^2,单块光卤石盐田的面积为3 km^2~5 km^2,盐田之间采用导卤泵和溜槽相结合的形式进行卤水的输送,经过多年的生产运行,在走水方式上采用长串走水为主、短串为辅的生产方式。为实现钾肥生产的科学决策、精准管理、深入研究光卤石盐田系统长串走水过程中的光卤石浓缩结晶的路线,并建立相应生产模型从而优化走水路线指导光卤石盐田采收生产将具有重要意义。
The total area of the carnallite salt field of Potassium Fertilizer Branch is about100 km^2,and the area of each carnallite salt field is about 3 km^2~5 km^2.Brine is transported by a combination of a brine pump and a chute between the salt fields.After many years of production and operation,the long-string water-based and short-string water-assisted production mode is adopted.In order to realize the scientific decision-making and precise management of potassium fertilizer production,it is great significance to study the carnallite concentration and crystallization route in the long-string water transportation process of carnallite salt field system,and to establish the corresponding production model to optimize the water transportation route and guide the harvesting and production of carnallite salt field.
