摘要
根据江汉油田王东深井卤水成分和采卤的特点,对其影响采卤管道结垢的温度、盐效应等主要因素进行了研究。测定了适用于该采出卤水中CaSO4结垢预测的实际Ksp(得到某深井卤水水样的Ksp(CaSO4)=1. 5×10-3,75℃),并用其按Skillman饱和系数数(S)法对该卤水采卤管道中硫酸盐成垢趋势作了理论预测。理论预测和垢样X射线衍射分析结果基本一致。据此研究了采卤阻垢的药剂、用量和阻垢方法,实践获得了令人满意的结果。文章为同类采卤系统的结垢预测、阻垢条件及措施选择提供了方法依据。
According to the composition of brine and the characteristics of brine extraction in Wangdong deep well of Jianghan Oilfield,the main factors affecting scaling temperature and salt effect of brine extraction pipeline were studied in this article.The practical Ksp for predicting CaSO4 scale formation in the brine was determined(Ksp(CaSO4)=1.5×10-3;75℃).And use it to predict the trend of sulfate scale formation in this brine in extraction pipeline by number of Skillman saturation coefficient(S)method.Results of theoretical prediction are basically consistent with the results of scaling X-ray diffraction analysis.Based on this,the agent,dosage and method of scale inhibition were studied,and satisfactory results were obtained in the field practice.This article provided the method basis for the prediction of scale formation,the condition of scale inhibition and the selection of measures for similar brine extraction systems.
