摘要
介绍了电石生产过程中石灰窑上吸气梁技改成效及应用,通过现场摸索调整和技术改造,合理利用上吸气梁上部的旁通管线,有效增加窑内气流上升高度,提高窑内预热带,同时提高了废气与石灰石的换热效果,减少热量损耗。
This article introduced the effect and application of technical transformation of upper suction beam on lime kiln in calcium carbide production process.Through on-site groping adjustment and technical transformation,the bypass pipeline on the upper part of upper suction beam is rationally utilized to effectively increase the rising height of air flow in the kiln,improve the preheating zone in the kiln,at the same time,improve the heat transfer effect of exhaust gas and limestone,and reduce heat loss.
