摘要 氢氧化镁是重要的无机阻燃材料,传统氢氧化镁产品存在的易团聚、疏水性强、与高分子聚合物不兼容等缺陷,利用材料表面改性和超细化改性技术对氢氧化镁进行改进是当前研究的重点。文章系统介绍了偶联剂和高级脂肪酸对氢氧化镁表面改性的技术方法,阐述了溶剂热/水热、微波辅助、超声辅助等制备超细级氢氧化镁的工艺方法及产品特征,重点分析了KOH、乙醇、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和CaCl2等表面活性添加剂对超细级氢氧化镁形成过程中的作用机理。 Magnesium hydroxide is an important inorganic flame retardant,traditional magnesium hydroxide products have defects such as easy agglomeration,strong hydrophobicity,and incompatibility with high molecular polymers,the improvement of magnesium hydroxide by surface modification and ultra-fine modification technology is the focus of current research.In this article,the technical methods of surface modification of magnesium hydroxide by coupling agent and higher fatty acid are introduced systematically,the process and product characteristics of preparation of ultrafine magnesium hydroxide such as solvothermal/hydrothermal,microwave assisted and ultrasonic assisted are described.The mechanism of action of surface additives such as KOH,ethanol,cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and CaCl2 on the formation of ultrafine magnesium hydroxide are analyzed.
