摘要
进行了原子荧光光度计测定水中汞的测量不确定度评定,对各不确定度分量进行了分析和量化,求得相对合成标准不确定度为0. 023μg/L,校准曲线的拟合、测量重复性、标准物质及仪器本身引入的不确定度为不确定度的主要来源。
The uncertainty of mercury measurement in water by atomic fluorescence spectrometer was evaluated in this article.The components of uncertainty were analyzed and quantified.And obtained the uncertainty of relative synthetic standard was 0.023μg/L.The main sources of uncertainty were the fitting of calibration curve,the repeatability of measurement,the uncertainty introduced by reference material and instrument itself.
