减少浓海水中镁资源损失的脱钙软化技术研究

摘要 淡化后的浓海水蕴藏着巨大的钙、镁资源,镁系物产品用途广泛,附加值高。实验证明,利用价格低廉,来源广泛的轻烧白云石与提溴母液为原料,制备高品质氢氧化镁的技术路线可行,镁资源利用率高。烟道气碳化除钙技术已经得到广泛应用,有效实现精准分离和回收钙镁资源,是一种绿色环保的创新性技术。两种工艺路线都可减少混合盐泥的排放,应用前景广泛。 The desalinated concentrated seawater contains huge calcium and magnesium resources.Magnesium products are widely used and have high added value.The experiment proved that,it was feasible to prepare high quality magnesium hydroxide by using low cost and widely sourced light burned dolomite and bromine mother liquor as raw materials,with high utilization rate of magnesium resources.Removing calcium using flue gas has been widely used as a green and innovative technology.This technology can effectively achieve accurate separation and recovery of calcium and magnesium resources.Both processes can reduce the discharge of mixed salt sludge and have wide application prospects.
