摘要
随着我国经济可持续的发展,创新驱动成为经济发展的重点,科技资源是否得到合理配置至关重要。运用DEA超效率CCR模型与Malmquist指数方法,建立科技投入—产出指标体系,分析比较2001—2014年我国长江经济带上的11个省域科技资源配置效率。研究表明:长江经济带科技资源配置效率总体呈现增长趋势,不同省域科技资源配置效率存在差异,有些省域科技资源配置处于无效状态。
With the sustainable development of China's economy, innovation has become the focus of economic development. This paper establishes an input-output index system and uses the Super-Efficience DEA model and Malmquist index model to analyze the science-technology resource allocation efficiency of the Yangtze River economic zones on the basis of the data collected in 11 provinces from2001 to 2004. The results show that the allocation capacity of the overall areas is on the rise,but over half of these places are inefficient. Furthermore, this paper provides reasonable support for the decision of the innovation and development of the Yangtze River economic zones.
