摘要
通过直接共混法将纳米SiO2粒子均匀分散到环氧树脂中,研究了纳米SiO2粒子的用量对粘接剂力学性能的影响,对剪切、拉伸、非均匀扯离三方面力学性能进行了测试,并用扫描电镜研究了添加纳米SiO2粒子改性后粘接剂的微观结构。研究结果表明,纳米SiO2粒子均匀分散到环氧树脂粘接剂中,可使环氧粘接剂力学性能指标大幅提高。但当纳米SiO2粒子用量过多时,易相互聚集成团,使其力学性能反而下降。
Nano SiO 2 was directly mixed with epoxy resin and the effect on mechanial properties of epoxy adhesive was studied by means of shear,tensile and uneven tear tests,and the microstructure of the epoxy adhesive was studied by SEM.Results show that nano particle is well dispersed in the system and the mechanical properties of adhesive are improved efficiently.But when nano SiO 2 content is too high,the mechanical properties of adhesive drop because nano SiO 2 has the tendency of aggregation.
