摘要
采用石墨坩埚电弧熔炼法制备了直径20mm、长90mm的Zr41.2Ti13.8Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5大块非晶合金;利用DSC和DTA测试了不同升温速度下非晶合金过冷液相区ΔTx和约化玻璃温度Tr,分析了约化玻璃温度Tr值与非晶形成能力间的关系;力学性能测试结果表明,该非晶合金具有远高于相关晶态金属的抗拉强度(1808MPa)、抗弯强度(3700MPa)、维氏硬度(580)以及良好的弹性(E=98GPa),并从微观结构角度对非晶态合金的优异性能机制进行了初步分析。
