摘要 航空产品中大量使用薄壁结构零件 ,但薄壁零件在加工中由于受力变形易产生让刀现象 ,造成零件尺寸精度难以保证。为研究其变形机理 ,建立准确的切削力学模型十分关键。本文在已有文献的基础上 ,建立了螺旋立铣刀切削的力学模型 ,并对铣削力的空间分布状态进行了必要的讨论 ,为进一步研究薄壁零件加工变形奠定了理论基础。 Thin wall structure workpieces are often used in aerospace industries. It is easy to deform in machining of thin wall workpieces, and the deformation results in the precision of dimensions being unable to reach what we expected. To study and solve this problem, getting correct mechanistic model of end milling is an important work. The mechanistic model of end milling has been built based on the published documents, and the distributions of the cutting forces along the flutes have been studied also. All these work laids a foundation for the further studies on the deformation of thin wall structure workpieces.
