摘要
依据“参数补偿压缩法”的原理 ,给出宽带 E类功放电路。借助于电路优化设计理论设计出实际的宽带负载网络 ,制作出一个工作于 3 0~ 90 MHz,输出功率为 7.6~ 1 0 .2 W,总效率为 72 %~ 84%的功放电路。实验证明 ,该宽带负载网络及其设计方法正确且实用。
A new circuit of broadband high efficiency class E amplifiers is presented according to the principle of 'parameter compensation and compression'. Optimization techniques are applied to the design of broadband class E power amplifiers. A 30~90 MHz class E broadband power amplifier is designed and produced. The output power is 7.6~10.2 W to a 50 Ω load. Its overall efficiency is 72%~84%. The variation of the output power is limited to 1.28 dB in the test band. The design method and the special load network are correctly proved by the experiment.
