摘要
由电子 41所研制的红外焦平面阵列相对光谱响应测试系统采用单光路标准替代法进行测量 ,系统组成灵活并可扩展 ,配合自行研制的图形发生器、偏置、时钟驱动、数据采集子系统 。
This paper describes a relative spectrum responsibility testing system of infrared focal plane array developed by the 41st research institute of electronic.This system uses single optical channels substitude measurement methods,it is flexible and expandable with pattern generator,bias source,clock driver and data acquisition cards that were developed by ourself ,it can satisfy the needs for measuring various devices.
