摘要
以往在研究武器系统的维修策略时 ,一般都假设武器寿命和维修时间服从指数分布 ,实际上做这种假设是不科学的 ,因为一般的武器系统寿命和维修时间不一定服从指数分布。本文在武器系统寿命、故障维修时间服从一般分布情况下 ,在介绍以首次故障前平均工作时间为目标函数的预防维修策略的基础上 ,利用半马尔可夫过程给出了备份系统的可用度 。
When studied on weapon system maintenance strategy previously,commonly to suppose that weapon life and maintenance time submit to exponential distribution. In fact, it is unscientific,because they are not always submitting to exponential distribution. Under the circumstances of system life and maintenance time submitting to general distribution, this paper presents the serviceability of standby system using half Markov process, and puts forward the estimation method of the best preventive maintenance period using serviceability as object function on the basis of introducing the preventive maintenance method using the average working time before the first fault as object function.
