摘要
在气/液界面上形成硬脂酸单分子膜及硬脂酸/十八醇混合单分子膜.利用硬脂酸单分子膜的诱导作用,在硬脂酸单分子膜上化学沉积了金属银纳米膜;在硬脂酸/十八醇混合单分子膜上沉积了微观结构为网状的银膜.采用SEM和TEM测试银膜的微观物理结构,并对膜的外观进行了表征.研究了不同亲水端基和沉积时间对银膜生长的影响.沉积时间控制在3 h之内,可得到1OO nm以下厚度的银膜.采用界面双电层理论初步探讨了单分子膜上化学沉积银的生长机制,分析了多孔网状银膜的成因,认为界面双电层是银膜沉积的必要条件.提出了一种制备银膜的新方法,此法的优点在于能主动控制银膜表面微观结构.
Both homogeneous and heterogeneous monolayers were prepared at air/solution interface. A silver nano-film was obtained by electroless deposition method through induction of homogeneous or heterogeneous monolayer at air/solution interface. The microscopic structure of silver film on heterogeneous monolayer was textured. The image of the thin silver film and the microcrystalline structure were observed with SEM and TEM respectively. The effect of hydrophilic head and depositing time was also studied. The silver film, thickness of which is less than 100 nm, was prepared by controlling the depositing time within the range of 3 hours. The possible growing mechanism of silver film deposited on monolayer was discussed based on the theory of electric double layer. It was found that the electric double layer was necessary condition to depositing silver film on monolayer. A novel method fabricating silver nano-film has been presented, by which we may control the surface microstructure of silver film easily.
