摘要
以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体 ,在油酸和正己烷的混合溶剂中 ,采用溶剂热技术成功地合成了纳米TiO2微球。以X射线衍射 (XRD)、透射电镜 (TEM)等方法对产物进行了表征 ,并对其光催化降解甲基橙溶液的性能进行了研究。实验结果表明 :纳米TiO2 微球的平均尺寸约为 6 0nm ,其中含有粒径平均约 4 5nm的超细粒子。此种结构趋向于高的比表面积 ,与P - 2 5型光催化剂相比 ,两者对甲基橙溶液的脱色具有相近的光催化活性。
TiO 2 Nanospheres have been prepared with titanium tetrabutyloxide as the precursor by a solvothermal process. The prepared products have been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The photocatalytic properties of the prepared samples were evaluated by measuring the decolorization of methyl orange. Transmission electron microscope(TEM) showed the prepared product contains nanospheres with a size of 60nm. Magnified TEM image further reveals that the nanospheres display fine structure consisted of 4.5nm ultrafine particles. This structure tends to have high specific surface area and favorable for the application in Photocatalytic properties. The samples prepared shows almost same Photocatalytic properties, compared with P-25.
