摘要 本文就热等离子体涂覆、低温等离子体表面改性、等离子体用于超细粉的合成、等离子体烧结陶瓷材料及ICP MS分析陶瓷组成等五个方面详细介绍了等离子体在陶瓷材料发展中的应用背景、技术条件及发展方向。 The applications of plasma technique in the development of ceramic materials including hot-plasma coating,cold-plasma surface modification,plasma synthesizing ultrafine powder,plasma sintering and plasma analyzing were introduced in detail.The future of plasma in the development of ceramic materials was also viewed.
