肌性动脉内弹性膜的观察分析

An observation of muscular arteries internal elastic laminae

肌性动脉包括中等动脉、小动脉和微动脉 ,本研究用Gomori氏醛 -复红等染色方法显示胎儿、狗、兔、猴中等动脉和成人小动脉、微动脉管壁内的弹性膜 ,并对其进行对比观察 ,发现在胎儿中等动脉管壁内存在两层完整、清晰的内弹性膜结构 ,而在其它标本中未见此特殊现象。此结果为进一步研究肌性动脉的结构与功能提供实验依据。

Muscular arteries consist of medium-sized artery, small artery and arteriole. In this study, we use different dyes to stain the internal elastic laminas of medium-sized arteries in fetus, dog, rabbit ,monkey and small arteries,and adult arterioles. Compare all this sections, we find there are two layers of distinct internal elastic lamina in fetus medium- sized arteries, but the same special sign does not exist in the other sections. This analysis may provide basis data for studying arteries structure and function.
