On the Value-orientation of Administrative Procedure

通过对行政程序的价值取向与行政程序的基本原则、行政法的价值取向的比较,得出了考察行政程序价值取向的两个维度,从这两个维度出发,可以进一步探究行政程序的三级价值取向———程序正义、民主与法治共构下的法律秩序、公民自由。

By comparing the valueorientation of administrative procedure with the fundamental rules and the valueorientation of administrative law,we obtain two dimensions of speculating the valueorientation of administrative procedure.from which we probe into three levels of valueorientation -- procedue justice,order established under democracy and rule of law,and the freedom of citizens.
