The expression of insulin-like growth factor II in proliferative phase of endometrium

目的 检测增生期子宫内膜胰岛素样生长因子 -II(IGF-II)的表达水平 ,探讨IGF -II在增生期子宫内膜中的作用。方法 采用SP免疫组化方法 ,测定29例正常月经周期妇女增生期子宫内膜IGF-II、ER、PR表达水平 ,同时用放射免疫双抗法测定血雌二醇、孕酮浓度。并根据增生时期的不同 ,分为早晚2组。用组织学积分法HSCORE半定量分析IGF-II、ER、PR在增生期不同时期的表达水平及IGF-II与E2,P ,ER ,PR之间的相互关系。 结果 IGF -II在增生期的不同时期均有阳性表达 ,主要表达于腺上皮细胞 ,且增生晚期的表达水平显著高于增生早期(p<0.05) ,IGF -II的表达水平与血雌二醇浓度、内膜ER、PR表达水平间存在显著正相关性。结论 增生期子宫内膜亦存在IGF -II的表达 ,并推测雌激素能刺激增生期子宫内膜IGF-II的表达 ,IGF

Objective To investigate the expression of insulin-like growth factor-II(IGF-II)in proliferative phase endometrium,and to explore its role during the proliferative phase. Methods twenty-nine proliferative endometrial biopsies were obtained fromnormal menstrual cycle women and divided into two group according to the day of menstrual cycle(group I:6-9day,group II:10-14day).SP method(Immunohistochemical method)was used to test the expression levels of IGF-II,ER and PR.Serum estradiol(E2),Progesterone(P)levels were also tested by radio-immunity biantibody method.Semi-quantitative grading system(HSCORE)were used to test the expression level of IGF-II,ER and PR in different phase of proliferative phase and to explore the interrelation of IGF-II,E2,P,ER and PR. Results IGF-II had a positive expression throughout proliferative phase in endometriˉum,especially in gland epithelium,furthermore,positive expression level of IGF-II was much higher in late phase than that in early phase of proliferative phase(p<0.05).The positive expression level of IGF-II had significantly positive correlativity with serum E2density and expression level of ER and PR in endometrium. Conclusions The expression of IGF-II existed in proliferative endometrium.It could be inferred that estrogens could stimulate the expression of IGF-II in proliferative phase endometrium,and IGF-II might be related with the glandular epithelial hyperplasia effect.
