摘要
目的 探讨动态血压负荷值与血、尿 β2-MG的关系。方法 114例高血压患者分成除肾脏之外不伴随其他脏器损害A组(38例) ,伴有损害B组(76例) ,用24h动态血压监测血压波动情况 ,计算出动态血压负荷值并探讨其值与本组患者血、尿 β 2-MG的关系。结果 血 β2-MG高于正常值的患者数A组34例 (89.47 % )、B组76例 (100 % ) ;测值分别为 (3.75±0.75)、(8.85±1.21)。尿 β2-MG高于正常值的患者数A组0例 (0 % )、B组36例 (47.37 % ) ;测值分别为0、(2.3±0.45)。 结论 血压负荷值可用于评估肾小球及肾小管病变损害程度。夜间血压负荷值的大小与肾小球、肾小管病损呈正相关。血压负荷值可作为评价高血压靶器官受损程度指标之一。
Objective To explore the correlation of ambulatory blood pressure(ABP)Load-value with blood and urineβ2-microglobumin(β2-MG)in patients with hypertension. Methods 114patients with hypertension were divided into A group(n=38)with no target-organ damage except kidney and B group(n=76)with target-organ damage.Load-value of ABP were figured out by monitoring24h ABP and explored the correlation of its value with blood and urineβ2-MG. Results 34patients(89.47%)in group A and76patients(100%)in group B had higher bloodβ2-MG than normal value,the measurement value were3.75±0.75,8.85±1.21respectively,O patient(0%)in group A and36patiouts(47.37%)in group B had higher urineβ2-MG than normal value,the measurement value were0and2.3±0.45respectively. Conclusions The ABP load-value can be used to evaluate the degree of glomerulus and renal tubule lesion.The nighttime ABP Load-value Had a positive correlation with the glomerulus and renal tubule lesion.BP load-value can be used as one of index of evaluating the degree of target-organ damage in hypertension.
