摘要
针对煤矿井下水质差的问题,研究了一种井下移动式软化装置。对影响离子软化再生效果和经济性的主要因素进行实验分析,对离子交换软化和加盐技术进行深入研究并设计出全自动软水器。通过实验室模拟实验,表明:该全自动软水器可将1 500 mg/L的高硬度水一次性降至15 mg/L以下,盐耗<150 g/mol,自耗水量<4%。
New mobile ion-exchange softener are studied to solve the problem of poor water quality in coal mine. Based on analyzing and studying the main factores influencing the effect and economy of ion-exchange softener regeneration by tests,the ion-exchange softening & salt technology are further studied systematically,then the softener is designed and manufactured as well. At last, laboratory test are conducted to verify main properties of the new softener. The results show that the automatic softener can be able to soften hard water from 1 500 mg / L to below 15 mg / L with wasting salt < 150 g / mol and wasting water < 4%.
