摘要
为全面了解吉林省燃煤电厂烟尘达标排放现状,根据2012年对各厂的烟尘测试数据,汇总了烟尘排放达标情况。统计数据表明:按新的大气污染排放标准,烟尘达标排放率仅为38.3%,布袋或电袋除尘器的烟尘排放浓度明显低于单一电除尘。对影响烟尘排放浓度的因素,包括燃煤灰分、飞灰比电阻、除尘器运行维护情况等进行了分析,对各厂除尘设施改进或改造提出相应建议,促进烟尘实现达标排放。
For a comprehensive understanding of coal-fired power plants soot emission in Jilin Province,according to the emission test data in 2012,the situation of soot emission that meet the standards were summarized. The statistics show that only 38. 3% of power plants can reach the new atmospheric pollution emission standards,soot emission of bag filter or electric-bag filter is significantly lower than a single electric precipitation method. Analyzed the factors influencing soot emission,include coal ash,fly ash resistivity and operating maintenance status of dust collector,advices on dust removal facilities improvement or modification have been put forward in order to promote the soot emissions to meet the standards.
