不同碱度钢渣的高温热闷粉化性能研究 被引量:3

RESEARCH ON THE AUTOCLAVE POWDER PROPERTY OF STEEL SLAG WITH DIFFERENT BASICITY AT HIGH TEMPERATURE

摘要 钢渣的热闷粉化是实现其稳定化处理的一个有效方法。通过X射线衍射、岩相显微镜等手段对钢渣在高温下的热闷粉化特征进行研究,分析了钢渣的热闷粉化性能与微观组织结构及钢渣碱度之间的关系。结果表明:碱度对钢渣的蒸压粉化性能影响显著,钢渣中硅酸三钙分解析出的游离氧化钙对钢渣的热闷粉化性能起重要作用,从而为进一步改善钢渣处理工艺提供依据。 Steel slag autoclaves processing is an effective method to achieve its stabilization. Through X ray diffraction, lithafacies detection analysis method of steel slag and its high temperature autoclaves characteristics were studied. Relationship between the steel slag powder properties and the microstructure and basicity of steel slag was analyzed. The results showed that steel slag basicity has a significant effect on the autoclave powder property,the free calcium oxide decomposed by tricalcium silicate in steel slag plays an important role in autoclaves powder of steel slag,so as to provide a basis for the further improvement of steel slag treatment process.
