摘要
分析了天津市公共建筑节能改造的现状,针对当前公共建筑节能改造评价体系尚不完善这一问题,建立了公共机构节能评价指标体系,并根据这一体系应用模糊综合评价法构建了数学模型,将该数学模型应用于天津市某具体建筑物,论证了该方法可以对公共建筑节能改造的综合效果进行科学、全面的评价,并可以在经济条件允许的情况下实现对目标公共建筑节能改造的经济效益最大化,推动了天津市公共建筑节能改造工作的全面展开。
Current situation of public buildings energy-saving in Tianjin was analyzed. For the current situation that energy saving evaluation system in public buildings is not perfect in this issue,energy-saving evaluation system of public agencies was established. Having based on this system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,a mathematical model was built and applied to a specific building in Tianjin,which demonstrated that the method could be used to do a scientific and overall evaluation on energy-saving renovation of public buildings. It is possible to achieve maximum economic benefits of reconstruction of public buildings in the case of some economic conditions,which would fully promote energy-saving work in public buildings of Tianjin.
