我国大中型沼气工程沼液资源化利用SWOT-PEST分析

SWOT-PEST ANALYSIS OF RESOURCE UTILIZATION OF BIOGAS SLURRY FROM LARGE AND MEDIUM-SCALE BIOGAS PROJECT

过去几十年,我国大中型沼气工程取得了很大发展,但作为剩余物的沼液却没有得到很好的利用。运用SWOTPEST相融合的分析法,对我国大中型沼气工程沼液资源化利用的内部优势和劣势以及外部环境的机会和威胁四个方面进行了详细的分析,从政治、经济、社会、技术等方面总结了我国大中型沼气工程沼液资源化利用存在的问题,并提出了相应的发展策略和建议。

In the past decades,great progress in large-and medium-scale biogas projects has been made in China,but biogas slurry is not utilized effectively. This paper employed the combined SWOT-PEST analysis,to comprehensively evaluate the superiorities and weaknesses during promoting utilization of biogas slurry from large-and medium-scale biogas projects,as well as opportunities and challenges. From the viewpoint of politics,economy,society and technology,the paper summarized the problems and obstacles during promoting utilization of biogas slurry,and thereby put forward related developing strategies and suggestions.
