摘要
采用超滤-反渗透双膜技术对乙烯化工厂二级生化处理出水进行深度处理,考察了超滤膜对乙烯生产废水的预处理性能,研究了超滤-反渗透双膜技术各单元对废水中污染物的去除效果,并探索了不同清洗方式下膜通量的恢复情况。试验结果表明:超滤能有效地去除废水浊度、胶体物质和细菌,为反渗透提供良好的进水水质;超滤-反渗透膜系统产水水质稳定,平均脱盐率达到98%以上。采用0.2%HCl和反渗透产水配制的清洗液(pH>2)对系统进行循环清洗,能够有效去除膜污染,恢复膜通量。
Advanced treatment of secondary biochemical effluent from ethylene chemical plant by using UF-RO double membrane technology was studied. Performance of UF membranes on ethylene wastewater pretreatment,the pollutant removal rates of each processing unit,the effects of recovery of membrane flux by different cleaning methods were discussed. The test results showed that UF had good performance on removal of turbidity,colloidal matters and bacteria,which could guarantee good quality of feed water for RO. The water quality of UF-RO effluent was stable,and the average desalting rate reached more than 98%. Cyclic washing( pH > 2) by 0. 2% HCl solution and RO effluent could effectively recover the membrane flux.
