过氧化氢与硫酸铜组合强化处理高藻景观水效果研究 被引量:6

EFFECTS OF H_2O_2 AND CuSO_4 ON ENHANCED SUPPRESSING ALGAL BIOMASS OF A LANDSCAPE LAKE

摘要 以深圳市发生水华的某景观湖水为研究对象,研究过氧化氢(H2O2)与硫酸铜(以Cu2+计)组合投加对水样藻类生物量的控制效果及对水样溶解氧、pH、浊度的影响。结果表明:组合投药能显著抑制藻类生长,在处理第7天,组合投药A组(20 mg/L H2O2+0.2 mg/L Cu2+)、B组(10 mg/L H2O2+0.4 mg/L Cu2+)、C组(5 mg/L H2O2+0.8 mg/L Cu2+)的Chl a浓度分别降至对照组的58%、30%、18%。投加过氧化氢有助于增强硫酸铜的抑藻效果,A组Chl a浓度在第1天降至49μg/L,显著低于单独投加0.2 mg/L Cu2+的处理组(81μg/L)。投加过氧化氢有助于降低Cu2+投加量,B组抑藻效果与单独投加0.6 mg/L Cu2+处理组第7天数值相同。组合投药使水样溶解氧、pH值、浊度均显著变化,第7天时,溶解氧由17.5 mg/L降至8.7~13.3 mg/L,pH值由10.0降至8.5~9.2,浊度由200 NTU降至84~94 NTU。 The effects of hydrogen peroxide( H2O2) and copper sulfate( Cu2 +) on suppressing algal biomass of the water samples taken from a landscape lake at Shenzhen with algal bloom as well as the variations of dissolved oxygen( DO),pH and turbidity of the water samples were investigated.The results show that combined adding H2O2 and Cu2 +significantly suppressed algal biomass.The Chl a concentrations of group A( adding 20 mg /L H2O2+ 0.2 mg /L Cu2 +),group B( adding10 mg /L H2O2+ 0.4 mg /L Cu2 +) and group C( adding 5 mg/L H2O2+ 0.8 mg /L Cu2 +) were reduced to 58%,30% and18% of the control level on the 7th day after the addition of H2O2 and Cu2 +.The results indicated that adding H2O2 remarkably enhanced the suppression effects of Cu2 +on algal biomass as the Chl a concentration of group A on the 1st day was rapidly reduced to 49 μg /L,much lower than that of just adding 0.2 mg /L Cu2 +( 81 μg/L).The Chl a concentration of group B on the 7th day was the same as that of just adding 0.6 mg /L Cu2 +,suggesting the addition of H2O2 may reduce the Cu2 +dose required for algal biomass suppression.The addition of H2O2 and Cu2 +led to significant variations in pH( from the control level 10.0 to 8.5 ~ 9.2 on the 7th day),turbidity( from the control level 200 NTU to 84 ~ 94 NTU on the 7th day)and DO( from the control level 17.5 mg /L to 8.7 ~ 13.3 mg /L on the 7th day).
