摘要
垃圾填埋场和污水厂剩余污泥厌氧消化产生的沼气,含有相当量的硅氧烷,而硅氧烷对沼气设备的危害是致命的。介绍了沼气中硅氧烷的特性、排放来源、毒性以及对沼气发动机、微型涡轮机等设备运行的影响,分析了硅氧烷在污水处理中的降解及耗散特性,根据国外实际工程介绍了硅氧烷的去除成本。
The produced biogas through anaerobic digestion of excess sludge in refuse landfill and sewage plant contains siloxane of a considerable number,while its damage to biogas equipments is fatal.The features of siloxane in biogas,its emission sources and toxicity,and its influences on the operation of biogas engine,microturbine,etc were introduced.The degradation and dissipation characteristics of siloxane in sewage treatment were analyzed,and its elimination cost according to the practical projects abroad was listed as well.
