摘要
研发了城市污水厂污泥好氧堆肥过程中的快速升温与生物快速干化技术。当蘑菇渣、磷矿粉、鸡粪、高温菌种与城市污泥以合适比例调配时,试验堆体温度第1天可达到66℃,第2天达到73℃,第5天可达到79℃。试验堆体含水率第5天降到51.4%,第7天降到47%,第11天降到40%以下,第22天降到30%以下。生成的有机肥营养成分指标及重金属含量均符合相关标准,有机肥已在园林绿化中进行了应用。
Technologies of fast improving temperature and fast biodrying of sewage sludge aerobic composting were studied.The temperature of experiment stack reached 66 ℃ in the first day.In the second day,temperature of experiment stack reached 73 ℃.In the fifth day,the temperature of experiment stack reached 79 ℃ when mashroom slag,ground phosphate rock and chicken dropping were prepared in proper proportion.Moisture content of sewage sludge was reduced from 80% to51.4% on the fifth day.On the 7th day,moisture content of the experiment stack reached 47%.On the 11 th day,water moisture was less than 40%.On the 22 th day,water moisture reached less than 30%.Organic fertilizer content and heavy metal content were tallied with national standards.The fertilizer had been used in planting trees and flowers.
